ANN ARBOR, Michigan — For the first time since 2010, the Hawkeyes have taken down the Wolverines in the Big House. Iowa quarterback Hank Brown threw 227 yards and two touchdowns, both to wide receiver Reece Vander Zee. Iowa running back Braeden Jackson was the only other Hawkeye to score for the Hawkeyes, with a 99 yard kickoff return in the first quarter. Brown completed the game 21-of-35 with no interceptions.

The Neighborhood Centers of Johnson County organized a vigil on Thursday evening to celebrate the life of Ahmed Osman, a fifth-grade student who died after an accident during a Borlaug Elementary School field trip at Lake Macbride earlier this week. Around 200 Iowa City residents gathered at the Pheasant Ridge Neighborhood center in west Iowa City for the event.
